Deleting your data
You can ask us to remove what we hold about you at any time. This page says what we keep and how to ask.
What we hold
When you write to us, call, book or register, the centre keeps your name, your number or email, the city you gave, what you told us about your health, and the record of our conversations, calls and consultations. If you used WhatsApp, the messages exchanged with our number are kept in the clinic's system as well.
How to ask for deletion
Write to contact@drjollythomson.org from the email you used with us, or message +91 94959 89534 on WhatsApp from the number you used with us, with the words "delete my data". We confirm receipt within two working days and complete the deletion within thirty days.
What deletion means
Your contact details, messages, call recordings and enquiry records are removed from the clinic's systems and from our messaging provider. Medical records of patients who were treated are retained for the period Indian medical regulations require, and are then destroyed; we tell you that period when you ask.
Facebook and WhatsApp data
If you reached us through Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp, the same request removes the data those channels sent us. Data held by Meta itself is governed by Meta's own policy.
