The "Request a call" form asks for your name, a number to call, your city and, if you choose, a short note about your concern and a preferred time. When the centre's system is connected, the request goes only to the clinic's counsellors at Life Care Centre, Thevara, to call you back. When it is not, the site prepares a WhatsApp message for you to send yourself; nothing is sent until you do. The site keeps no copy. The live-session indicator reads public information from YouTube.
